Terms of service

1. Agreement

By using the site or paying a Crown fee you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Pricing. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to contract where you live. The site is open worldwide. You confirm the money you use is yours and is not the proceeds of crime.

3. The service

ONEWINNER sells a digital homepage placement (the Crown). After payment confirms, we show the name, description, and link you submit. That is advertising inventory, not a game of chance for money.

• Only one Winner is shown at a time.
• Someone else may buy the next placement by paying the higher listed fee.
• Hall of Fame listing is recognition, not a cash award.
• We may refuse or remove a placement that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful where we operate.

4. No gambling or prizes

You are buying a placement, not staking money to win money. We do not run a prize pool and we will not pay you because someone else later bought the Crown.

5. Payments

You may pay in USD, EUR, GBP, INR, and any other currency enabled at checkout for your card or wallet. Razorpay collects the charge. We do not store raw card data. A placement is due only after the processor confirms success. A failed or abandoned checkout creates no charge.

6. Your content

You give us a licence to show the name, role, and link you submit. You must have the right to use that material. You are responsible for the page your link opens.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or goods that are illegal where you or we operate.
• Do not interfere with payments, voting, or crown accounting.
• Do not submit illegal, defamatory, or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

8. Availability

The arena is provided as available. We may pause rounds, moderate content, or suspend accounts to protect the service or follow the law. Downtime does not create a claim for lost publicity.

9. Liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, ONEWINNER is not liable for indirect loss or lost publicity. Our total liability for a paid placement is limited to the amount you actually paid for that placement, in the currency charged. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the merchant is registered. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you another venue.

11. Changes

We may post a new version of these terms on this page. The last-updated date will change. Using the site after that date means you accept the new terms.
